Mahmoud Magdy (Lead Instructor):

Mahmoud is the founder and the CEO of IPILITY services, Mahmoud is MCSA, MCSE, MCTS(OCS 2007, SCCM 2007, BDD, OEM specialist) , MCITP (Windows 2008, Exchange2007), CCNP

Mahmoud has 7 years of experience he is x-Microsoft Consultant who worked for Microsoft consulting services gulf, before that he worked for 4 years at globalknowledge Egypt as a Senior System Engineer then as a technical account manager and Infrastructure consultant designing Enterprise networks Infrastructure and Microsoft solution for several customers in Egypt and the gulf area including Vodafone, Exceed, Pfizer, CocaCola , Etisalat , Agility, Aljazeera, MBC group and Aspire Academy.

During this period Mahmoud attended several courses including the Microsoft Partner Academy, the Messaging lift up training, the Unified Communication ignite and the advanced Unified Communication training and CISSP.

Mahmoud worked or palmhills developments as an Infrastructure manager and decided to open his business  and starting his own services company.

Reda Sherief  (Lead Instructor):

Reda is a lead instructor for IPILITY services, Reda is working as a Senior Consultant for Globalknowledge Egypt he is MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP (Windows 2008, Exchange2007) and ITIL certified.

Reda has about 7 years of experience he worked for globalknowledge as Senior System Engineer, Technical support Team Leader and Senior Consultant. Worked for several customers in designing major infrastructure projects in Egypt and the gulf area including Vodafone, Mobinil, NTRA, Pfizer.

During this period Reda Attended several advanced training courses including (Messaging lift up training, OCS ignite workshop, Advanced unified communication workshop, ITIL foundation).

Mohamed Abd El Moneam (Technical Instructor):

Mohamed is Technical Instructor for IPILITY Services, Mohamed is MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP (Exchange 2007).

Mohamed has about 5 years if experience working for major customers in Egypt like Pfizer, Bisco Misr Mohamed now is working as messaging specialist LII in Orange business solution.

Marwa Magdy (Instructor):

Marwa is the software instructor for IPILITY training, Marwa is MCTS, MCDBA, MCITP SQL 2005.

Marwa is graduate from Ain Shams university – Engineering department software engineering division, she is preparing her master degree in software engineering.

Marwa worked for several companies to develop mobile application and Java/C# mobile based applications, she is working now for Leoni as a senior software development engineer.
